Stylistically, yes. They jumble up the action to make it difficult to tell how each team is doing, until the end. Sometimes a team will make a spectacular screw-up and it becomes obvious they're going to finish last.
If you mean the final results, it was kind of surprising... Donny and Allison were first to finish last week, and last and eliminated this week, that doesn't happen often!
