I'm still infuriated at how the media is letting Kerry play word games with the gay marriage issue.
Here's the question Tim Russert or some enterprising reporter should put to him or Edwards:
"Ohio's legislature has passed the equivalent of the Defense of Marriage Act. Ohioans are also likely to pass a voter initiative declaring marriage to be between a man and a woman. You say let the states decide the issue. If a state or federal court tells Ohio it must recognize marriages performed in, let's say Massachussetts, how would you preserve Ohio's rights?"
