They did it in Nv and it has not stopped the street walkers even though they are in violation of the law. It did clean up the brothels I understand..but what good is that if they still walk the streets?
In Las Vegas they keep child prostitutes off the Vegas Strip by enforcing a curfew for anyone under 18 after 10PM.
