Heartbreaking, but I'd say yes.

I delivered a 10 year old when I was a 4th year medical student. She wasn't particularly large.

Several years ago I was involved in a project to buy Christmas gifts for the children of prison inmates - we were sent photos & sizes of the kids we were shopping for, and the nine-year-old girl I drew wore a misses' size 16 and looked fully mature.

If this girl was physically mature enough to get pregnant, she's mature enough to carry the child till a c-section would give it a fighting chance. If she got pregnant in April, and it's now July, that's only a couple more months.
