How did they know it was "you"?

Service by mail? No process server for a felony? No hand cuffs and walk to jail?

How did they know it was "you"? - They only thing I can think of is my boat registration numbers. Service by mail? - Yep, got them in the mail.
No process server for a felony? - Not a felony, a Class A misdemeanor
