I thought of you when I saw it mentioned on the news.
That is probably the same as what we feel in Fresno. By the time you realize it's an earthquake, it is over. I know they are horrible if you live near a fault line.
Normally, if IL has an earthquake, it's in the southern part of the state - near the New Madrid fault line (which starts at the southern tip of IL and goes through the southeast part of MO). We were really surprised when we found out what the weird shaking was. We normally deal with blizzards, thunderstorms, hail, and tornados!
