..Politicians are urging German men to have more sex to boost birth rates or risk being labeled “limp” abroad, a newspaper reported on Friday.
Johannes Singhammer, a member of parliament and father of six, said Germany’s aging population needed to produce more offspring to sustain its overstretched pensions system.
“Children are our future,” Singhammer told Germany’s Bild newspaper. “Germans need to work more on that again in bed. Things mustn’t get to the stage where German men are scoffed at abroad for being limp.”
Germany will have the world’s oldest population by 2035, according to a report in Germany’s Der Spiegel weekly

The Viggo is pleased.
The only reason some Europeans are concerned about birthrates is that they're afraid there won't be enough future taxpayers to finance the extravagant welfare programs that allow the lazy Europeans to work 30 hours a week and retire at 50.
I imagine plenty of Europeans - probably more than in the past because of the death of European Christianity - are having sex. The problem is that few seem to want more than one child. Europeans have been brainwashed by feminism, which holds that motherhood and domesticity are shameful and that a woman's only legitimate aim in life is to move up the corporate ladder.
Within a couple of decades, the Muslim enemy will be the majority in Europe. As we all know, Muslims are already calling the shots. European governments tremble in fear of the possibility of more terrorist attacks on their own soil, refusing to cooperate with America in the war on terrorism and adopting anti-Israel rhetoric to appease the angry, unassimilated - and unassimilable - Muslim minority.
I want one of them plama screens TYVs, too.

I keep thinking of the thing that Peggy Noonan wrote that Lady Thatcher told her - "You must stay strong". I could almost hear the implications of what Thatcher meant - Europe is dying; if Western Civilization is to survive, it will be because of the United States.
OTOH, why don't the German women tell those lazy bums to roll over and make love to them?
I hope they have an evacuation plan for all of the antiquities and art treasures that can possibly be moved. Otherwise we'll be looking at a cultural carnage that'll make the Taliban rampage look like middle-school bathroom vandalism in comparison.
