I made coconut fried shrimp

Don't make me get the soap, young lady... You watch your language. That particular dish is what darn near cost me about 1/3 of my little finger 8>)

Oh, the sauce is honey and orange juice (GOOD orange juice). That's it. Nothing more complex.

And if anyone doesn't know, I HATE coconut shrimp from the shelling of the shrimp to the eating part. I'll leave out the dangerous middle part. ;>)

For some reason it was too sweet..the batter I mean.

Maybe it was too much coconut.

I'll try that dipping sauce.

I HATE peeling shrimp tho.

My plan was for crab cakes but when I got to the store, they had no lump crab meat and i sure as shooting wasn't going to crack legs.
