Can anyone tell me how to delete all the replies from "My Comments"?

You can't delete them. Not only that, you're having comments with everyone your comments have ever had comments with...
(try changing from "Full" to "Brief" they may load faster)

You comments are like government. They never go away... Also like government, it's not that hard to get around :)
Let the page partially load and hit the stop button.
That way you only have to see the more recent comments.
