The prophecy about the Pope fleeing Rome is from Nostradamus if I remember correctly. I think there was some speculation that the Third secret of Fatima may have discussed it also.

I think you are right about the Pope supposedly to be out of Rome. Certainly Kathleen Keating believes that to be very true. I'm not sure if the 3rd proph from Fatima covered that or not.
Some are certainly expecting the Vatican to be demolished or vaporized or some such.
I've heard of Malacay sp? But I haven't read all of it. Don't recall what I've read. It's available on the net as I recall. Keating probably has it on her site.
Interesting times are certainly on the horizon or near it, imho.
