neb's dream revealed the kingdoms which would arise after him, symbolised by various materials;1. gold....2. silver.....3. brass....4. iron......5. iron mixed with clay. then the stone (v.34) smote the image - WHERE? - and then the stone became - WHAT?(v.35)

To get this in my mind I had to draw a picture of a man and write on it. My summary is this...

1st=Head=Gold=Babylon=neb from 626BC-539BC

2st=Breast=Silver=MedoPerisa=4Persian Kings from 539BC-331BC

3rd=Belly&Thighs=Bronze=Greece=Alexander the Great (ref.Daniel 11:3), 4 Kings of North and South (ref.Daniel 11:5-20)and Small Horn (Antiochus Epiphanes)from 331BC-63BC

4th=Legs=Iron=Roman=63BC-476AD

We have a gap of time...........this is where tribulation starts the 7 seven years. This is where WE are TODAY (gap of time) in the timeline.

5th=Iron&Clay=The Opposing King(ref.Daniel 11:36-45)=unknow date start of tribulation 3 1/2 years into tribulation=10 Horns Little Horns=1290 days

V.34 Stone cut with hands falling on the feet of the image singinfies The Coming Of Christ at a time when the Roman Empire is restored.
V.35(ref.V.44) God crushed all and and it blew away. The stone that struck the statue became a mountain or the new Kingdom of GOD. STAND UP AND SHOUT PRAISES!!!!!!!

47 The king answered Daniel and said, "Surely your God is a God of gods and a Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries, since you have been able to reveal this mystery."

(v33)ask; what is it about the feet that is different from the other descriptions? the other substances making up the image were "one", and the feet are a MIXTURE! now....does that mixture "mix"? this is important because god wants us to know that there will be no "oneness" until the end (the stone).

It will not be one kingdon it will be the opposing king (ref.dan.11:36-45)(anti-christ)and or 10 Horns Little Horn(ref.dan.12:1-11)(10 nations or kingdoms) All the other were one kingdom. We are talking world order.

Daniel 2:36-48

Something I would like to point out as LFL (Lesson for Life) is the fact that The Most Holy GOD is in control of all.
Nebuchadnezzar was not a Godly man and worshiped false idols and himself. But GOD used him as well as Daniel.
GOD in all his wisdom planed this all along. God put Daniel in a place of idol worship, magicians,conjures, and sorcerers. Daniel stood strong in spite of all this and remained true to GOD. Daniel did not fall to the pleasures of life.
Daniel always praised GOD and prayed before he approached all circumstances.

The Interpretation--Babylon the First Kingdom
36 "This was the dream; now we will tell its interpretation before the king.
The Head of gold is Nebuchadnezzar God gave Neb. power to rule over all mankind and the beast. This would also be the Babylon Empire. This would be the first kingdom of gold.
Another kingdom will rise inferior to the Babylon Empire which is the Medo-Perisa Empire this is the second kingdom of silver.
The third kingdom will rise and it is of bronze the Greek Kingdom.
The fourth kingdom as strong as iron and will crush and shatter all things. This is the roman Empire.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The above history is so complete that historians have said this must have been written after the fact. But they CANNOT prove that it was. This is the beauty of Daniel's prophecy and GOD'S WORD.
We come to the feet of iron and clay which will be a divided kingdom. It will be partly the toughness of iron but as brittle as clay. So some of the kingdoms will be strong and some will be brittle. I believe this is where the 10 Horns and Small horn are created like a new Roman Empire. Another clue we get her is that the iron and clay will not mix...v.43 "And in that you saw the iron mixed with common clay, they will combine with one another in the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, even as iron does not combine with pottery.
This could be allot of things UN, NATO, G-8 Summit (could every easily become G-10), EU or maybe something we dont even know. I also think it may come from 10 tribes but that is a later idea we will get to.
I also think this is where we are in time of GOD"S plan watching to see when the 10 Horns or nations will come to the forefront to began the tribulation or 3 1/2 years into (not sure).
V.44-45 have to speak for themselves and I am so excited. This is the stone that will crush all other kingdoms and set up GOD"S kingdom forever and ever...44 "In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.
45 "Inasmuch as you saw that a stone was cut out of the mountain without hands and that it crushed the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold, the great God has made known to the king what will take place in the future; so the dream is true and its interpretation is trustworthy."

The thing that amazes me most about this is first Daniel lived in a evil environment as a slave at the best, but he stood steadfast. I wonder how we would survive? Nebuchadnezzar witnessed the absolute power and wisdom of GOD and still went on with his evil ways.

It is also a blessing to see and know that GOD is in control of the good and the bad. So we can reason that when bad comes our way always know there is a master plan from GOD himself for the GOOD of all He has chosen. And to be Thankful of the bad because just on the other side is greatness from GOD Almighty.
