I can swap in DIMMs and avoid static-shocking the motherboard and I've been know to pull cases apart, but nothing fancy.That's not hardware, girlfriend, not for a computer scientist!
How's your architecture? How many registers in the P4 chip, and what kind? How about in the PowerPC CPUs? How about the SPARC's structure? How's your assembler programming? Can you diagram your decision gates?
Oh, I envy you, getting to play with computer science, as opposed to just programming!
