I only self-medicate with sugary foods. This lady doesn't have the first clue about writing a technical report for green suiters. Bottom line up front! She's treating it like a memoir (all chit-chatty and rambling) and it's driving me nuts.
Vacation is a long story. Poorly timed for both Big'ol and me. But the last time we were in FL, we got suckered into one of those free breakfasts... where all you have to do is sit for a nice high-pressure sales pitch to buy into a time share package.
We're interested in a vacation property and knew nothing of timeshares, so the pitch was very informative. To keep us on the hook they offered us a 'deal'. We pay $30 or so /month for a while and can take a week long vacation at any of their resorts. If we like it and decide to buy, the monthly money goes toward a down payment. If not, then we get a nice vacation. We had two years to use the package.
The two years end on 30 June.
We had our heart set on the resort in the Smokies. But they were booked. So second choice was Orlando. We're gonna do the 'everything-but-Disney' thing this time. Why we only end up in the South in the middle of summer is beyond me.
