He's attacking Bush for NOT being rude and offensive at the Clinton portrait unveiling. He says Bush didn't say anything good about Reagan at the funeral. I thought Bush's speech at the funeral was the best, although it dragged on a little long. And it would have been classless to attack Clinton at that venue.

Eggsackley! Savage thinks that Bush should have reprimanded Clinton and should have brought up all the negative stuff.
Savage is such an uncultured ape that he wouldn't know "class" if it came up and kissed him on the cheek.
