I saw Stalingrad with subtitles a few years ago. Interesting, but I thought Das Boot was better. Sam Peckinpah's Cross of Iron with James Coburn and Max Schell is the best movie I've seen about the Russian Front, which is sadly ignored by Hollyweird.
