HA!!
Love the list, but honestly I've never heard of at least half the names making this clown's list.

There wwere a few names I took exceptions with; but, given the rag this appeared in & the apparent youthful age of the brainstem himbo writing it, I considered the source.

Maybe more revealing were those who didn't make the list.
Take the *talentless* -- but gawd-awful "PC" -- Hootie & The Blowfish for example?
Or the 5'5" & a half "Boss" (& his eternal mundane groanings) should've got honorable mention, anyway.

But the gig was really up when the "King of Banality" was nowhere to be found.

Yes, that cinched it for me, alright!
Of course that could mean only one person, the only known sure-fire cure for insomniacs cursed by fleeting slumber.

"The Dave Matthews Band".

Snnnnnorrrrre.

...>thunk!<

Uh OH!

We may get ostracized for our youth and musical preferences but WHO CARES! LoL.

I find it hilarious that so many individuals feel that everyone under the age of 30 (or so) isn't qualified to express an opinion - and if we do, and others disagree with it they attribute our "faults" to our "youth".

Let me explain one thing for all of you reading this post:

I'm 19 going on 45.

C.O'D.

"16 OINGO BOINGO Artless art-rock Oingo Boingo..."

Wasn't this one of Cherry's faves??

And I got a kick out of Kenny G (4) and Michael Bolton (3) being on the list and deservedly so. (Two of Missus Sultan's faves!! - BWAHAHAHA)

Agree with you most definitely on Dave Matthews Band, who seem to be in Richmond eternally.

It sure was, Sultan; but, I didn't want to be the one to point [that] out, be the fella responsible for breaking her heart.
Nope, not moi.
(Even though based -- solely -- on Vic's recommendation I'd bought a CD of those clowns, & really it's one of those CDs I could've done without. :o) )

"And I got a kick out of Kenny G (4) and Michael Bolton (3) being on the list and deservedly so."

Yes, justice has been served. {g}
There're a few others from that dark period in musical history as well; but, those two could easily serve as "Poster Boys" for all the others.

"(Two of Missus Sultan's faves!! - BWAHAHAHA)"

Shhhhhhh yo' mouth!
As long as you keep that just between us girls, you'll be "OK", y'hear? ;^)

"Agree with you most definitely on Dave Matthews Band, who seem to be in Richmond eternally."

Yup, a virtual organic dousing stick for dopes with $$ keeps him swapping venues with "The Boss" in that town, huh.
Whadda phoney baloney extruded PC POS the matthews clown was.
Sweet Jesus am I ever thankful the moron's 15 minutes of fame have been up.

...for at least the past couple years.

I'm still reeling from the "bath tub" comment.

I happen to love “In-a-Gadda-da-Vida”.

Still do.
