FR seems to be running slowly today. Or maybe it's just my computer? Are there new adjustments being made? Some tweeking going on....? (not that I'm getting personal or anything)

I think the mods are eating up too much bandwidth sending all the good stories to chat.

I've noticed it being somewhat slow today. I ran my Spybot and it's going a little better.

Actually, I did that yesterday because it seemed a bit sluggish. Good to know it's not just me. ; )

I did the Spybot too, and it DOES seem to be better now.

I've been running it at least once or twice a day now. After just one day, I deleted five tracking cookies. They really seem to slow it down.

Good advice. Today I found about thirty tracking cookies. Good riddance! I need to do it daily.

Those cookies have been eating at my computer for days now. Cyber defragged everything and did some other things to it. His computer is just fine, and it's only about five feet from mine.

Are you using the Immune function of Spybot and also have you installed the companion program Spyware Blaster? I shouldn't think you would be getting that many new infections if you are.

By the way, don't update ZoneAlarm 4.5 to the new release version of 5.0 until they get the bugs worked out. I had to remove it and revert back to the older program because my computer kept slowing down and then freezing after I installed it. The problem is discussed in the ZoneAlarm discussion section.

Thanx. I don't use that, but it's good to know.
