Well, ummm, not exactly. I mean, it has it's moments, but much of it sounds like a bunch of kids high on pot messin' around in a basement studio Pet Sounds was the Beach Boys and Brian in particular at their creative peak. If you're diggin' Pet Sounds, you're diggin' their best, IMHO.

Or do you mean if the remake of Smile is anything like the remake of Pet Sounds? In that case who knows. I lost interest in Brian and those guys long ago. Sorry if I misunderstood you.

From what I've heard of SMiLE, it might be better than Pet Sounds, and PS is my second favorite album (behind the white album and ahead of Sgt. Pepper). I'm glad to see this stuff coming out.
