I was surprised to read that he's "only" 69.
I woulda guessed he was at least 80-something.

Bruno was my favorite on WIIC's (now WPXI) Studio Wrestling (with Chilly Billy) in the 1960s. I've probably mentioned this, but my late father worked at WIIC then and produced a Clio award-winning promo for that program. He also said Pie Traynor, who shilled for show sponsor American Heating, was just the nicest man anyone would want to meet. *sigh* Bringing back those memories now!

I was surprised to read that he's "only" 69.Good grief, WG...
I thought you corrected that "69" typo to "68", just like the article says.
Sheeeesh, even when you proof-read, you can't get the corrections right without your bifocals...
So go find them... NOW... they gotta be nearby somewhere...

i remember the "Ring side Rosies" Even the wrestlers were afraid of those broads. They could open up a 55 Gallon drum of Industrial Strength Whoop @$$ on anyone.

"i remember Johnny DeFazio...." He was also one of my favorites too growing up and I told him that when we both boarded the same elevator after a County Council meeting a few years back. He smiled from ear to ear. Then he wanted to body slam me when I told him how disappointed I was that he was a liberal democrat.
Hmmm. I wonder if it's because of brain damage due to taking to many hits to the head in the ring?
