"...wondering if a poem will happen to it."

Well, it's an interesting picture, but it rather tells its own story. Nothing very prosaic about it, much less poetic.

Track maintenance needs to be done, but it ain't Casey on the Cannonball.

Now if the picture showed the front of a train, I might conclude that the other side of the sign had a picture of Janet Reno. I don't think I am inspired to spend any po-ink on this one.

I don't believe that sign about working men. Why don't men ever question the veracity of that sign when no working men are visible?
