Okay, I'm back, you can take my handbag off of your head now. May I have my hair brush. Thank you.
Some direct questions do not get direct answers.
What are the others?
You should write our congressmen and women. Why did you leave the military?
I get to pick them. I wish I could be interviewed by the 9/11 commission or even Katie Couric. I'd have a blast.
I'm afeared your hairbrush is stuck to my head, but yes, you may have it.
;-)
Both of them? The comb too?
In my opinion, the only congress-people who would pay attention to anything I would write them, are those few who are already in agreement with me. Still, they should be communicated to, and encouraged.
I left the service after three years. It's a fine irony, that to support freedom and liberty through military service, you have to be willing to curtail your own. I found many aspects of military life rewarding, but overall I felt stifled, needing room to spread my wings.
And of the nine enlisted ranks, I had advanced to the sixth in only three years. Had I spent another seventeen years, there were only three more grades ahead!
Becoming an officer did not appeal to me. In my own mind, I do not think that I am officer material. I am too much of a dreamer.
; )
Who you callin' silly?
Can I be silly?
Oh wait, I'm PAL.
Very nice.
Couric is repulsive, I don't even see her as a woman. The 9/11 Commission is a Kangaroo Court with dumb Kangaroos. I guarantee you that I have the ability to reverse the roles in any interview.
I'd have Ms Couric in tears. The 9/11 Commission would look even dumber than they already do.
I haven't like Katie ever since she told a story about telling her 2 yr old that poverty is caused by capitalism.
As evil as she is, and as much as we don't like her, she needs Jesus.
Don't we wish it was that easy...
SPECIAL POEM FOR SENIOR CITIZENS!
A row of bottles on my shelf
Caused me to analyze myself.
One yellow pill I have to pop
Goes to my heart so it won't stop.
A little white one that I take
Goes to my hands so they won't shake.
The blue ones that I use a lot
Tell me I'm happy when I'm not.
The purple pill goes to my brain
And tells me that I have no pain.
The capsules tell me not to wheeze
Or cough or choke or even sneeze.
The red ones, smallest of them all
Go to my blood so I won't fall.
The orange ones, very big and bright
Prevent my leg cramps in the night.
Such an array of brilliant pills
Helping to cure all kinds of ills.
But what I'd really like to know...........
Is what tells each one where to go!
There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it. For example I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.
HEY!, don't you talk about my FRiend like that!
Naw, you look 18.
