Actually someone with some taste on this thread. I have seen every episode...most of them more then once. I love the mindless entertainment this show brought. It was nice to just sit and watch and lose myself for awhile. Plus, with all the stuff they went through, my life didn't always seem so bad. LOL

EXTREMELY HAPPY.
Now all they have to do is have the Paris Hilton style tapes come out of hiding, and the media to salivate over it, and they'll spin that into a demand for a reunion series.
*ugh*
Yes, I'm kinda cynical about that show and it's "end".
They'll find some way to create an excuse to have spinoffs and such.
And the in laws will torment me with it again, and I won't even be able to suicide by inhaling a seat cushion sinec they'll keep an eye on me.
But at least I escaped having to watch the 'last episode' last night!

I liked friends too, but I do have a beef with something about the show yesterday. If you paid attention to the time frame, those babies were less than a day old when they took them home..and then... OFF THE THE COFFEE SHOP!!!! LOL

Speaking of Everybody Loves Raymond...well.. I HATE RAYMOND and his entire family. I hope the ending of this show is a divorce because those two really seem to hate each other. I get hives just hearing their voices now. What started out funny, is just mean and vicious now. That would be a good ending to the sitcom, it would go down in history.

Wow ... only 60-something posts? You seem pretty interested to me! I can't believe a bunch of smart-thinking conservatives would spend all this time talking about a show that they neither liked, nor, in most cases, watched! And those of you who claim never to have watched the show, how can you have an opinion on it?
I admit that the quality of the writing dipped and peaked, and it wasn't a brilliantly-written show all the time, but it was funny and relevant. This is why the dems get that agegroup -- they probably don't spend hours trying to distance themselves!
Honestly, folks. I've been a Freeper for a few years now, and lately everyone seems like a bunch of old farts! I'm not saying you should hop on any pop-culture bandwagons, but at least familiarize yourselves with the bandwagon so you can understand what you are up against!

I work on second shift so I am totally disconnected with the latest pop-culture fads. I think I saw one episode of friends, maybe one episode of Seinfeld, saw part of one episode of Survivor. Not impressed with any of it and I don't regret having missed out on all of it. In fact after missing out on all of this pop-culture stuff, you start to think everyone is crazy and has zero taste. Just joking........maybe. ;)

Hildy, that was the first thing my wife (an RN who used to work in a labor/delivery/post-partum) said!

It's hardly "over". It will live on in syndication for decades. When it finally disappears from UHF, it will be broadcast on TV-Land.
