Sounds divine. I wish more employers would realize that giving more flexibility to workers- and treating them like adults- results in increased productivity.
That is exceptionally true! Of course, I didn't mention the unfair things at that company which finally caused me to give it up. But, that flextime policy was really good not only for us peons but for the company as a whole. We had good coverage for longer time during the day and there was always someone who *wanted* to work 2nd shift and 3rd shift, no need to assign someone who didn't want it.
Seems like I always get more work done in the obscenely early hours of the day. The rest of the day is pretty much downhill for me. Teaching nights has been a real trial. My brain is just on snooze at those hours!
