If they were being honest every sign at this rally would have read: Will Kill Babies For Sex." That is the gosh darned truth, and you know, I never thought of it until you said it.

I have to admit, I stole that. Someone took this photo (shown with my Caption-A-Rama caption)--

Her friends told Trudy she should have had her lawyer serve her husband George with divorce papers, but she preferred a more personal approach.

--And photoshopped it with the "Will kill babies for sex" slogan. It wasn't posted in the CAR thread, IIRC, but in one of the many News/Activism threads about the Death March. I wish I could remember who did it so I could give them proper credit.

But you know, the reason I've been repeating that slogan is beacause it is true. That's what the issue is. They can talk all they want about rape and incest and health exemptions, but when it comes down to responsibility vs. sex, the answer of the Death Marchers is a resounding, "Kill 'em all! We want the sex!"

I read somewhere in the last couple of days that the rally emcee stopped at one point and made a "lost child" announcement. I had the same reaction as the person recounting the story: Shouldn't the emcee have made a "wanted lost child" announcement so the folks knew that they were actually supposed to care about the kid's welfare?

Yes, I'll repeat it too now. I always thought the pro-life movement should have stolen the old anti-drug line that was used to discourage the use of "speed". Instead of saying abortion kills children they should have said: Abortion kills people like you.

But I wonder if there is any help for a lot of these folks. They are really enamoured of a culture of hedonism and death, that is why "will kill babies for sex" really says it all.
