Larry. Or should I say, Laurie.
Anyway, years ago I was writing short stories as a hobby. One of my short stories was sort of parody of these sex-change operations. In my story, the man felt "trapped in the body of a dog" and was trying to find a doctor who would perform a "species-change" operation on him. In the meantime, the man tried "living as a dog" at home, crawling around on all fours, barking, and eating out of a dish on the floor that he would have his long-suffering wife place there for him. I was motivated to write such a story after reading Kafka's "Metamorphosis" - a story about a man who turned into a cockroach. The story started getting really bizarre however and I shelved it. Someday, I might have the guts to publish some of these stories I wrote (all of them on the weird side). I sure do have some crazy ideas running around my head.
