I'm back from a long and fun day. A bunch of us WV and OH freepers met at a nice lodge east of Columbus for one of those "parties for the president," organized by WVNan. I'm sure someone will post photos. Three hours wasn't enough time to say all we wanted to say!

That sounds fun! Maybe we need to put some of our southern hospitality to work and arrange one of those down here on the "Best Coast".

There was a time I didnt' think the WWII Memorial should go on the mall. I contributed to it, but thought that beautiful space might become cluttered as veterans of every conflict demanded no less than a spot on the mall.

I may have been wrong...
