Welcome to the Lair! You'll find lots of nice people here and even a few poets :)

Welcome to Feathers Lair. I'm not one of the poets, I just provide the morning entertainment. :-) Like your tagline. Hope you can turn Australia around.

Done. I moved the stolen time to Monday and Friday has been restored. Sorry for the confusion.

I believe that there are three types of artists. Those that are tortured, those that appreciate their joy by remembering their torture, and those who are simply filled with joy.

I am a member of the second group.

I'll take number three.

I can feel anger, and anguish, (a little too often these days), but I live in delight, and I get high on oxygen.

I am the second group because I live in absolute joy but I have felt the pain and remember it as part of the journey. Anger, I channel into action of whatever I can do about what made me angry. When all else fails I have strong powers of denial.

Morning
