Do you think some commanding officers are going to also see some time...or did you say that? Sorry, I don't know military lingo.

BCD= Bad Conduct Discharge

DHD=Dishonorable Discharge

Neither one is very desirable

That Brig General that was in charge of the prison .. not sure about jail time .. but she is in big trouble IMO

I certainly think it could be in the realm of possibilities. The BGen Janis Lapinski (sp) is a disgrace going around pointing her fingers at everyone else. For her to tell the congress and the public that she was ordered to say out of certain areas of the prison system is beyond what I would have stood for. At the very least I would have demanded that order be put in print and signed. Then I would have gone to the higest level of command and asked to be reassinged. Should all this be a surprise then to the highest levels of leadership the cat would be out of the bag and this would have been stopped and actions take then. Now we have this mess.

I do think it is not impossible for some of thes officers to quite possibly face article 32 investigations ( similar to a Grand Jury inquiry) and then be referred to either a Special or General Court Martial. Time will tell.
