You put thin pork chops on the grill? How typically Texan. I lived in Fort Worth for six years and was always amazed at what was done to good beef or pork. LOL

My thin pork chops go into a hot skillet until done. Then I make a nice thick white gravy (it is not good unless a fork stands upright in it) and serve over hot biscuits.

CB, if it gets cooked around here, it gets grilled: chickens, pigs, cows, shrimps, veggies, bread, whatever...if I cook it, I grill it - you would be in hog-heaven with the results.

I quit making my gravy since I couldn't figger out a way to grill it...but Nully's got the receipe if you want some good Texas type gravy - and no, it will not support a fork. ;-)
