Good morning. It is a wonderful day at the beach. The water is calm, some puffy white clouds hang over the horizon and the colors of the sea are incredible.

I'm getting pretty excited about it. I need to go to a bookstore and get a guide on hiking trails and such in the area. I'm feeling my adventurous spirit starting to stir again. I much prefer hiking to joining a gym....although I may have to do that too. I really need to get more exercise.

FRANCE'S AFP WIRE RUNS BLISTERED BUSH PHOTO ON EVE OF 80TH B-DAY! You know I'm reminded of my one brother .. He doesn't realize he does it .. but he insults everyone he comes in contact with and then brags about how great he is, in an attempt to make people think he is such a great guy ..
The problem is .. friends of mine who meet him .. always walk away and ask me .. is he always such and a$$hole??

Most of the peasants of France looks like that so the Pseudo Elite of France is just show it comtempt for their own people!
If you go off to the farmland where the producers live and toil for a living they look like that!
sadly France years ago was to be taken over by the first Communist in the late 1700's and that is why Alexis de Tocqueville (1805--1859)love America because we did suffer what their heartland did!
