Heheh...when the t-boomers moved through yesterday a.m., I took the opportunity to shut down the 'puter and work on the office from hell.
The machine is now back in the computer desk and I'm playing ketchup through the thread, deleting all the wonderful mortgage and enhancement opportunities that have filled the in-box, and waiting for more rain.
