Sorry to ruin your Monday morning but we know it's coming.
NYDailyNews: .......networks and cable outlets are vying for the first interview with Bill Clinton, whose $12 million presidential memoir is due out this summer. Among the contenders, I hear, are CBS' "60 Minutes," NBC's "Today" show and ABC's "Good Morning America," and there's talk of Oprah Winfrey doing a prime-time special on ABC. "There's also interest in virtually every major country in the world, who all want prime-time interviews," Clinton attorney Robert Barnett told me. "I have yet to hear from other planets, but nothing would surprise me."
I'm considering a coma this summer.

Lookout! IG hitting the road soon! ;-)
Have a safe trip IG.

Bill Clinton, whose $12 million presidential memoir is due out this summer. Within the past week or so, I posted a snippet from one of the NY papers quoting Hillary as saying there's no way Blubba will complete the book in time. I guess we'll see. Maybe Dick Clarke will ghostwrite it for him, as x42's probably been too busy with Belinda and all.
To: BigWaveBetty
LOL - nicely done.

.... "We've gone through tough times," said ... Jerry Bruckheimer, who's tight with the Pentagon after producing "Black Hawk Down" and "Top Gun." "But eventually we'll realize that we did the right thing by removing a brutal dictator. I know I'm in the minority, but I like Bush."
Bruckheimer certainly would have had to wear a helmet at the Beverly Hills party for Arianna Huffington's new book, "Fanatics and Fools: The Game Plan for Winning Back America." Among the left-leaning crowd were Bill Maher, Norman Lear, Albert Brooks and Larry David (who loves Huffington's manifesto "so much that I almost finished it").
Rob Reiner had to admit he disagreed with Sen. Ted Kennedy's crack that Iraq was Bush's Vietnam. "I think this is worse than Vietnam," he told us. "Because in Vietnam you could pull out. In Iraq, we're stuck in a situation we've created." Rush&Molloy

Since so many direct their computer questions to you, I have one today...When I open Free Republic it is opening to Latest Posts....it has always opened to the Home Page before...How do I get it to open to the Free Republic Home Page?
How is Carson? Any Easter photos to share?
To: daisyscarlett
Carson's doing great - thanks.
Hmmm...if you have FR set as your browser's homepage, you can go to File, and select Open New Window and then have Latest Posts or The Guild or whatever thread you wish open in its own window and simply toggle back and forth.
Or, I may not have understood the question correctly if you want me to take another shot at it.
(Currently there are ten open windows here.)

Guess who got TWO bunnies for Easter?
Yep, one boy, one girl, soon to be many nightmares!
Another Laney favorite, her new LSU Tiger, demonstrating her thrill with a LSU Tiger growl.
To: BigWaveBetty
Laney's gonna be a heartbreaker...and bunny may break her mom's heart if our one, in-door bunny experiment back in the day, is any indication.
Thank you for the pics of your beautiful gd.

Island Living...
On a chain of beautiful islands in the middle of nowhere, the following
people are stranded:
Two Italian men and one Italian woman
Two French men and one French woman
Two German men and one German woman
Two Greek men and one Greek woman
Two English men and one English woman
Two Bulgarian men and one Bulgarian woman
Two Japanese men and one Japanese woman
Two Chinese men and one Chinese woman
Two Irish men and one Irish woman
Two American men and one American woman
One month later, on these absolutely stunning deserted islands in the
middle of nowhere, the following things have occurred:
One Italian man killed the other Italian man for the Italian woman.
The two French men and the French woman are living happily together in a
menage a trois.
The two German men have a strict weekly schedule of alternating visits
with the German woman.
The two Greek men are sleeping with each other and the Greek woman is
cleaning and cooking for them.
The two English men are waiting for someone to introduce them to the
English woman.
The two Bulgarian men took one look at the Bulgarian woman and started
swimming to another island.
The two Japanese have faxed Tokyo and are awaiting instructions.
The two Chinese have opened a convenience store, restaurant, laundry,
and have gotten the woman pregnant in order to supply employees for
their store.
The two Irish men divided the island into north and south and set up a
distillery. They do not remember if sex is in the picture because it
gets somewhat foggy after a few liters of coconut whiskey. However, they
are satisfied because the English aren't having any fun.
The two American men are contemplating suicide, because the American
woman will not shut up and complains relentlessly about her body, the
true nature of feminism, what the sun is doing to her skin, how she can
do anything they can do, the necessity of fulfillment, the equal
division of household chores, how sand and palm trees make her look fat,
how her last boyfriend respected her opinion and treated her nicer than
they do, how her relationship with her mother is the root of all her
problems and why didn't they bring a damn cell phone so she could call
911 and get them all rescued off this Godforsaken deserted island in the
middle of freaking nowhere so she can get her nails done and go
shopping.

Yep, Laney's a real cutie pie, she looks just like her mom. Mom's in for a real amusement ride with those two bunnies. When I talked to mom today I asked if she ever wondered why she never got a bunny for Easter. She had wondered and I told her it was because I had bunnies when I was a girl. Live bunny gifts seem to skip a generation and one day my great-granddaughter will wonder why she never got a live bunny as a pet. :-)
To: BigWaveBetty
Kinda like smoking seems to skip...there's a reason there.
I wish my folks had smoked.
