Does anyone know if Dayton has a phone directory online? I am trying to locate some shooting ranges in Dayton, OH.
Can anyone help me?

If shooting ranges are that hard to find, and I just did 3 internet searches,... you should move to Texas =o)

Yeah, I didn't think to try yahoo. I did search for a Dayton phone directory... but gave up. I was sort of hoping that maybe someone on here may live up that way, and be up late.
Thanks for the help,, and puns! ;)

You could also find local gun stores in the directory and ask them if they know of any.

Yes, I could, however, being inpatient as a lady can be, it was past business hours at the local range in cincy. LOL
Thought I'd find a website for one. So been searching the web, and can't believe(not surprised) there's not one range in Dayton, except AirForce Base[private access].
See, here in Northern Kentucky where we live, until a few local landowners get a weekend whereas we can come down to practice shooting, there's not much here!
And Cincinnati has a really close range. But we're traveling this weekend, and thought we'd take advantage of early morning range hours if there were any opened in Dayton.
I will call around from my cellular tomorrow on our way up north.
Thanks again! Much appreciated! ;)

There should be a very fine range in the Tri-County/Sharonville area on 747. The name eludes me, but should be able to find it on the web.

Yeah we've been to target world. but today we had planned to go up to dayton for some shopping and social visiting. And hoped we would find someplace in Dayton to shoot.
Online, all the shooting ranges were in springfield, too far north, west or east of dayton.
We're heading over to target world today, see if they're not too busy.
Thank you for suggestions!

I believe Miami Valley Shooting range has re-opened. It's off of little york rd.

How did you find this? Where did you find this out? I browsed dozens, upon dozens of websites. The only thing I've not done yet is call around. Only because by the time we left for dayton, it was too late to locate a range.
Thank you for this information. I'll call directory assistance and get their number. Although, it maybe that, like other central OH ranges, that the Miami Valley Shooting Range is for private membership only.
