The last Western I really liked was Dances With Wolves, and one Mel Gibson did with James Garner (Forgot the Name) and Clint Eastwood has made some pretty decent westerns.

It was a remake of Mavrick with Garner playing the original but elder Mavrick and Mel playing his son...it was very well done and very funny...even if Jodie Foster was also in it!
