Monday ticket sales were up 8% from 1 week earlier.
Tuesday ticket sales were up 19% from 1 week earlier.
Wednesday ticket sales were up 39% from 1 week earlier
and up 9% from 2 weeks earlier.
Thursday ticket sales numbers are not yet available
If this keeps up through the weekend the numbers could get very interesting.
I expect TPOTC to easily move from #10 overall to #8 overall and maybe even #7 overall. We'll see when the estimates roll in Monday morning for the weekend - Fri/Sat/Sun.

Not to be disrespectful, but in a year or so, it will be interesting to collect
the headlines for all the news-stories about "The Passion".
I bet there will be at least one with a title like "Son of God Has Legs",
given a prolonged, profitable run.

I expect TPOTC to easily move from #10 overall to #8 overall and maybe even #7 overall. #8 easily. It only needs another $2M to overtake "Finding Nemo", and it did more than that on Thursday. Another $2M has it overtaking "The Two Towers". It should be at #8 by Saturday, easily.
To get to #7, it has to earn an additional $15M past that (or $20M from where it stood on Thursday), and that might be a stretch, even considering it's Easter Weekend. But probably by the end of next weekend
