its a library setting, kids are using windows-l to lock computers and then they leave, just to be smart. we just want to diable windows-l (we are winxp) , the keys we dont care about at the moment. we want to either disable or give it a harmless value/function, like minimize.

go to http://www.deepfreezeusa.com/index.htm and get their program Deep Freeze - no matte what the kiddies do, all it takes to restore the machine to use is reboot it.
