Lamb is usually the dish of the day. Roasted lamb, marinated lamb brains (a whole lot better than it sounds, and they tend to eat a lot of innards, but they are delicious), kourabiedes, baklava ouzo, retsina
They always have loaves of bread (Easter bread) that are sort of braided and have (whole) red eggs cooked in them I still dont know the significance of that.
but its quite a party if you ever get the chance to attend something like that. Delicious everything and lots of it.
