You're welcome.

Well, I had not really thought about that, but it makes sense, considering the history.
Now what we need is for some of our Jewish FReepers to come up with a cool Passover story to go with them!
Any takers?

I'm not Jewish, but this is one of my favorite recipes and is, as I understand, kosher for Passover:
1 lb bittersweet chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
6 large eggs (let warm before using)
Chop the chocolate and mix with the butter. Heat slightly in double boiler or microwave and mix until chocolate and butter are smooth and melted.
Beat the eggs until they triple in volume.
Fold half the eggs into the chocolate mixture until almost incorporated. Fold in the remaining eggs until just blended.
Pour into a buttered 8-inch spring-form pan. Set the pan in a larger pan and surround with 1-inch very hot water. Bake 5 minutes in a preheated 425 degree oven. Cover the pan with tin foil and bake another 10 minutes.
Remove the cake and let cool on the counter for 45 minutes and then in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Unmold the cake by placing a hot damp towel around the pan and then running a thin knife around the sides of the cake. Invert onto your serving plate.
Serve the cake at room temperature by itself or with raspberry sauce.
Enjoy!
(note: This recipe is not my own but is from Rose Levy Beranbaum's wonderful book, The Cake Bible. If you enjoy baking you should buy this book. You'll be glad you did.)

Here's another one!
( One of our Jewish FRiends will need to tell us if it's Kosher! )
Honey Lemon Square
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup + 1 tablespoon flour, divided
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 eggs
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add 1 cup of flour and mix until combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together remaining tablespoon of flour with the remaining ingredients until thoroughly blended.
Pour over the baked crust and bake for about 20 minutes longer or until the filling is set.
Cool in the pan set on a wire rack. Cut into squares to serve.
