     The peep you eat today may have been made 11 months ago.  How do they do that ? At my house an unwrapped peep attains a Rockwell hardness of Rc 59.5 overnight...they must keep them in a giant zip lock baggie... 
 Count me in as a Peep lover...family members still send me Peeps this time of year...
