Don't link off a tripod site..... They will replace it with a tripod ad.... Copy it to a more friendly site beforehand.

Well, isn't that just peachy!
I spend half a day putting together a website on Tripod because it's free and I thought I could use it to link pictures of my bosses from it and it seems it's the one place I cannot link pics from...
Oh well... back to the drawing board.
Do you have suggestions on a site I can post them to so I can link them?

You get what you pay for ..... Sometimes when it is "free" there are catches.
There are a few others that are noted for similar activity, but I have been bitten by tripod more than any other.

Here is a suggestion.
Look at FR thread that are about three months old. Look for pictures and right-click the pictures to find properties. Websites/ISP that show would be good candidates.
At least I gave you something beside "SHOOT - I DON'T KNOW".
