As of today, we've quit Make sure that you:
- Mail in a letter (certified mail?), explicitly cancelling your subscription
- Fax the same letter
- Get the name of the AOL rep you spoke with to cancel you subscription
Otherwise, they just keep charging your credit card.

I cancelled them a couple of years ago. I did not do the advise you gave and they charged my Card for a couple of months before I caught it. They did not want refund me, but offered three months free. Eventually they credited my card. Never AGAIN will I do business with them.....
