You have to marvel at this display of American ingenuity. Just think ten years ago flashers walked down the street and would open a trenchcoat at unsuspecting victims and show them their little pee pee. This guy has gotten it down to a streamlined science, and can flash en masse at the blink of an eye. Where else but America.
