Mendacities

Years ago they talked about,
Something called megacities.
Now we know that liberals,
Inhabit Mendacities.

They lie about in windrows,
Blown by some ill wind.
There never is a truthful word,
Either spoken out or penned.

I’m glad that I don’t live there,
I don’t think I’d fit in.
In fact I doubt there’s even room,
For a cuddly Viking Kitten.
