A 4 judge committee at the Harvard University School of Medicine has determined that John Kerry is the most prolific liar in the history of the United States. Kerry, when informed of the study, said,"Harvard is jealous because I went to Yale.I could have gone to Harvard on a full scholarship....well I wasn't offered a scholarship, but I was accepted...welll I wasn't formally accepted, but I was high on the waiting list....uh,come to think of it, I am not sure I ever applied to Harvard...Do you know I was in Viet Nam"??
