Today is another sorry display of what's wrong with our country. Instead of this commission focusing on why we did nothing about the eight previous warnings of flying planes into buildings we have to listen to each side defend their participants. Clarke was right---he failed all of us! If anyone should of been jumping up and down about planes flying into buildings it should of been him. Instead we hear these famous words:
I knew what he wanted me to come back and say.
Nobody asked me.
When you work for the President you only say the positive.
Don't shoot for the moon--just do the minimum.
