Next FCC Target?

Has anyone seen this show on Sci-Fi? Tripping the Rift? Man, I was shocked, I cannot believe this can be on regular television... Is the FCC Blind, LOL?

Sci Fi Channel is not a broadcast channel, so the FCC does not have any enforcement rights. (yet)

Oh... Thanks for clearing that up... I am a moron... LOL But I did notice the "yet" that was included there... Do you think it will soon be under the same guidelines? This show would be the first to go, although I wish it would be survivor...
