I'd compare your receipts with the TSB's and definitely keep your cool. They will more apt to help when you have done homework and are professional. Write down names and times of calls. Talk to them like you know them, remember, they get irate phone calls all - make their day and get your problem resolved.

Next time hit them where it counts and don't buy Ford.
