They overdid the part with Butters. It was cruel rather than funny.

I agree: this episode had way too much abuse of poor Butters. By the time he was in the animal shelter with the dogs urinating on him, I was yelling at the TV, "Enough already!"
Overall I didn't care too much for the episode apart from the ninja fighting. I was glad to see Professor Chaos again, though.

Not a bad episode, but the "Proper Condom Use" episode they aired before it was always my favorite.
