I need your prayers again...two years ago, I was astounded with the replies regarding a new grandchild that was going thru skull surgery....and it turned out perfect, thanks to you all! Now I have a double-barreled request...
Today, I need prayers for my sweet father-in-law (88) - he had pnumonia in January, and that triggered a series of mini-strokes in the brain, which catapulted him into stage 3 (out of 4) Alzheimers (such a shock, as he quit snow-skiing at the age of 80). Mom (85) has faced the trauma of putting him in a home last week...and we're all doing our best to help with it all - but they are in AZ, we're in KS and FL, taking turns flying out to be there. Please pray for Mom to continue to have the strength needed, and that Dad will receive the loving care needed now.
And, I rec'd news today that a loving nephew, Terry (only 47) in Seattle, WA - his organs are not functioning due to a disease, and there's not much hope - he's on life support until Thursday, pending any changes. I don't expect any miracles there, but would appreciate any prayers raised for him, and his family, which is devastated.
Thank you all in advance for your good prayers - again, I know they work in miraculous ways.
Sandy
