I did get too hot today. While we were at the mall, I thought I was going to pass out cuz it was so hot. Elf-boy and I went to chick-fil-a to get him some lunch. I had eaten already, but got a Dr. Pepper to cool me down a bit. Went to get a refill, and the guy behind the counter dropped my drink. I got soaked, and the straw actually scratched elf-boy's neck. It irked me that it happend in the first place, and in the second place that the guy didn't bother to apologize. However, at least my shopping had already been completed, and fortunately, I had something I could change into.

Literally, my *white* blouse was completely soaked, and I was wearing sweatpants that were wet from the knees down. My shoes got vey wet too (they squeak now, and kinda stick to the floor), but I just wore them anyway. Today was not a shoe-buying jaunt. At least the guy gave me a new Dr Pepper. He had better be glad I had somethign to change into! Beware of pissing off pregnant women.... LOL!

I loved the day though. Stayed out in the privacy of my back yard sprawled out in a lawn chair in my bikini with a good book! It was sublime!
